the concert on ptv prime (on eid) was very boring. lol. it was held in london, not pakistan! and it was some indian lady singer and junoon who performed. i expected more 2 be honest. lol.

the best show on eid was the one where almost every singer was at some guy's BIG house and they all sang and made jokes. i would say 85% of the music industry was there and so were countless models. that show was VERY good. did u see it?

ffm's right....i was caught up with eid celebrations/school. but i stopped posting even b4 eid. the reason is simple: JB...specifically my favorite forum (lollywood) is getting very repetitive. the same comments r bein' made, the same celebs are bein' talked abt, and the same topics are being posted a billion times.

so both you and my buddy ydakh.....please don't flatter yourselves. contrary 2 what u would like 2 think and have other people believe, i'm not hurt by your anti-saima comments. its a very entertaining theory tho...

truth is, i've said it b4 and i'll say it again: your making fun of saima is not effecting her OR me. she's still makin' movies, and i'm still watchin' them!!

rest assure i've caught up on reading everything everyone has wrote in my absense in regards 2 saima and otherwise, and i thank you 4 the laughs since that was my reaction 2 most of the posts.

ydakh.......my suggestion of resham was a joke. my reasoning alone (her being brown, like the hero) should have tipped u off. lol.

i think the problem here is phrasing......i understand what your're trying to say or what u meant, BUT you should have rephrased it, cause the way u wrote it....it was inapropriate.

secondly, you brought up the movie yeh dil aap ka huwa, zara sheikh, saima, reema, and a bunch of other stuff WHAT FOR???????? i already told you....my problem is not with your view, but the manner in which you said that one line ('first time from lahore, a nice face')......

i KNOW zara sheikh is a public choice....i'm not denying that. once again, my problem is with the way you're implying, she's the only 'NICE FACE' from lahore.....cause that is NOT TRUE AT ALL......lahore has MANY NICE FACES.....

but rahat is very talented.....while shahi officially composed the song man ki lagan, i'm sure rahat put his 2 sense in along the way!! wouldn't u agree?!

and as far as the song being unique.....your 100% right!! but its been done b4!! NFAK'S album, night song, was riddled with this kind of experimental music!! it was very simple....tabla, harmonium, and a simple beat in the back......EXCELLENT!!

rahat did 2 songs, ali azmat 1, anu malik 2, and shahi the rest.

the reason anu malik gets credit is cause the rights were given 2 him when the movie was first thought of. upon hearing the junk that he created, pooja bhatt ditched him for the pakistani singers, but due to legal reasons, anu malik's name remains on the album as the music director.

you misunderstood me. i'm not talking abt lollywood.

when u say something like 'first time from lahore, a nice face' you are generalizing. you're implying that lahore in general only has only produced one goodlooking person, REGARDLESS of wheather they are a lollywood star or a normal person. and that was my point...you should not generalize like that. you keep talking abt facts......well its a FACT that lahore DOES HAVE MORE THAN ONE 'NICE FACE'!! and that was my point.

now if you want to talk abt lollywood exlusively and the 'goodlookin' STARS lahore is home to, then even still......the city has produced A BOATLOAD of goodlookin' people. THATS WHAT I'M TALKING ABT....not the industry and its situation, and the problems it has becuse of its location (lahore). i'm talking abt goodlooking people......!! if you think that only zara sheikh is the only goodlooking lahori...u'd have 2 be very one-sided.

and lastly jinaab....tight agree's with ME!! he also knows that lahore is home to MANY goodlooking stars and people in general!!
